Sw!ms cover "My Clown" by July
A few months back we teamed up with drummer man Pat Gaughan(Okay Paddy) to record a cover of one of my favorite tunes "My Clown" by one of my favorite bands July for a compilation based around the phaser effect which will be out this spring on Fruits De Mer Records across the pond! I was honored to supply the artwork too! Our very own young Mike Nordberg recorded and produced our track and did a total kickdick job! Fellow Scrantonians Marshmallow Staircase also have a track on the comp!
Sw!ms are still KICKIN IT now and then in the studio and i have been toilin away in my basement writin tunes,ill keep you all posted! I miss gettin sweaty in front of you all!

Hia(tits)
In case you haven't been properly informed! Myself and the gentlemen are taking a well needed break from Sw!ms life. Our beloved Leon Drums has left us and hes pretty much impossible to replace! We're all going to take a breather for a while. DON'T FRET! We still plan on getting together and recording some of those new tunes we've been wailin for ya! Also i will be recording tons of new stuff under the name Langor-Slayer Of Thoughts or Langor-Jerker Of Tears or Langor- Bringor Of It or maybe even Langor-Eater Of Forgiveness. I'll keep you all posted! Thanks for your love!

PT Cruiser Related Stories
A. I was on a road where there were 3 PT Cruisers parked, one of them with the license "PT COBRA"
B. I was walking through the parking lot of McDonald's and there was this PT CRUISER just stopped right in the middle of the parking lot,blocking traffic. I went to give the person inside "THE LOOK", i was shocked to see a girl and 2 fratboys smokin cigs, while the driver looked at a porno mag!

or maybe "you got It,dude/dudette!" or maybe he'll just burb and say "Excuse me, that was terribly rude of me but I had Wendy's for lunch, how may i help you?" He's nice and today he was wearing a V-neck tiedye! While you're there you can check out all the amazing video games(Today I saw Alien3 for Genesis, but had no moneys),dvds,vhs and vinyl RJ and his Embassy Vinyl offer at affordable prices!

Dancing out of the swamplands, we are suddenly bathed in light as the bright sunshine pop of The Swims greets our ears with a smile and the sound of flutes, memories of the Beach Boys floating in our heads. This sixties pop sound is continued throughout the entire of “ItemLord”, the band’s latest collection, a sparkling jewel of a record that has melody a-plenty as well as some shimmering organ, crunchy guitars and harmonies to die for. After the warmth of opener “All is Nice”, the short sharp “Ladyfist” is swirling power-pop, whilst “Descend into my Cape”, turns up the Garage meter, a stomping rocker with all the right moves, the tune immediately followed by the sweet acid twist of “Pile of Features”, the contrast between the two songs highlighting the creativity on offer. Consistently engaging, the whole album is an aural pick-and-mix, a cornucopia of sounds and flavours, all held together by some tight playing, great songwriting and a sense of fun that gets your feet moving and the your whole being smiling, add to this the fact that the collection seems to get better every time you play it and you have a disc that could be the essential summer purchase.
